About this Role

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to supporting our Marketing Director and Design Director in a number of initiatives, including managing and overseeing the Open3 social presence, generating email campaigns, creating marketing assets, and more.

To ensure success at Open3, you should have experience in digital marketing, familiarity using Figma, a pulse on social media trends and love engaging with people. The right candidate is data driven, creative, resourceful and looking to grow with an innovative early stage tech company.

What You'll Do

• Assist Marketing Director in cultivating and growing the Open3 community, establishing Open3 as a leader in the web3 space
• Support development and execution of editorial calendar
• Manage digital presence; regular posting and engagement on Open3 social media platforms
• Weekly reporting of marketing performance with metrics
• Monitor trends in crypto, NFTs, and web3 culture; share opportunities with team
• Write clear and concise copy for email, ads, social media and more
• Support team in creation of marketing assets including social graphics, decks, banners, and infographics
• Assist in the generative art process by developing NFT trait matrixes, organizing photoshop files and helping take projects from concept to launch
• Oversee creation and execution of email and text campaigns
• Maintain and update internal and external resources including Notion, Gitform, Web3 EDU and more
• Organize and manage marketing and brand assets

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, blogging, email, display, search marketing, and mobile
• Eye for design and familiarity navigating design programs
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects at a time
