About this Role

We are looking for a talented web3 engineer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. You will be responsible for developing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of dapps, and working alongside product managers and designers to launch new features.

To ensure success as an engineer at Open3, you should have in-depth knowledge of TypeScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web apps. Ultimately, an Open3 engineer should be able to see a product feature from conception to final deployment, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Meet with product managers and designers to discuss UI ideas and features.
• Develop and implement responsive UI components using React concepts.
• Write code using TypeScript following React workflows.
• Develop and implement front-end architecture to support UI concepts.
• Develop and maintain all server-side network components.
• Ensure optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to requests.
• Write code that is testable, reusable, and efficient.
• Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Run diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Document processes, including database schemas.
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a React developer building web3 experiences.
• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, SCSS, HTML5, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of React tools including React, Redux, and Next.
